Recreation Club secured a convincing 7-wicket victory over Central
Bank of India SC in the semi-final of the 64th Sir Benegal Rama Rau Bank
Shield T20 Cricket Tournament 2026 at Cross Maidan, booking a place in the
final against Bank of Baroda with a dominant performance.

Batting
first, Central Bank of India SC managed a modest 144 for 9 in 20
overs, with Pratham Parmar (34) and Gautam Sathe (28) being
the main contributors. The RBI bowlers were sharp and disciplined, as Jay
Nayak (3/18) and Arsh Dhondy (3/41) led the attack brilliantly,
while Anuj Giri (2/27) chipped in with crucial wickets to keep the
opposition in check.

145, Reserve Bank of India Recreation Club made light work of the

In
the other semi-final, Bank of Baroda registered a comfortable 6-wicket
win over Union Bank of India SC. Union Bank were bundled out for
just 65 runs in 11.1 overs, with Princely Pereira (22) being the
only notable scorer. The bowling trio of Harikesh Yadav (4/19), Vaibhav
Mali (3/14), and Saksham Jha (2/9) proved too strong for the
opposition.

reply, Bank of Baroda chased down the target efficiently, scoring 66
