Panchal tames Shahyan to make quarter-finals

Mumbai, November 21: Mumbai’s seasoned player Manav Panchal was in good form and potted consistently to quell the challenge from young cueist Shahyan Razmi, also from Mumbai, cruising to a 4-1 win in a Senior Men’s 15-red Snooker pre-quarter-final match of the Malabar Hill Club State Ranking Snooker Tournament 2024, played at the MHC billiards hall on Tuesday.

Manav, a member of Malabar Hill Club, was in total control and rolled in a break of 46 points in the second frame. He also won the third and raced to a 3-0 lead.
