Mumbai : In an exciting development for carrom lovers, the Rotary Club of Mumbai Parleshwar, in association with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Smarak Samiti, Juhu, has announced the 6th State Ranking Carrom Tournament, which will be held from 3 to 5 April 2026 at the Prabodhankar Thackeray Sports Complex, Koladongri, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai, marking the first major event of the new season and setting the stage for intense competition among top players from across the state.

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW COMPULSORY

For the first time, online registration has been made compulsory for all participants, where every player must complete their individual registration through the official website of the Maharashtra Carrom Association, after which the filled tournament forms must be submitted by respective district associations on 28 March 2026 between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the association office located at Parekh Mahal Building, Sakharam Keer Marg, Shivaji Park, Dadar (West), Mumbai, ensuring a more streamlined and transparent registration process.

 

OFFICIAL T-SHIRT INTRODUCED AS NEW DRESS CODE

In a major step towards professionalism, every registered player will receive a specially designed official T-shirt by the Maharashtra Carrom Association, and it will be mandatory for all players to wear this uniform during matches, bringing a uniform identity and a modern appeal to the sport.

 

GUIDELINES MUST BE STUDIED BEFORE REGISTRATION

All players, clubs and district units have been strongly advised to carefully study the official guidelines available on the association’s website before registration, as strict adherence to these rules will ensure better discipline, smooth conduct and high standards in the tournament.
