over Century Warriors, while PBG Pune Jaguars made a strong
comeback by registering back-to-back wins against Bayside Spinners TTC (15-12)
and NPV Smashers (14-13) in Mumbai.

The
Butterfly TTSL, an initiative by Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT),
aims to strengthen grassroots talent and enhance state-level competition. The
tournament features 8 teams,
with each tie consisting of 9 matches
including 6 singles, 2 mixed doubles, and 1 men’s doubles.
Each match has 3 games,
and every game won contributes 1 point
to the team’s total, making every game crucial.

Mozartt Clinch Thriller; Team Effort Seals Narrow Win Over Century Warriors
In
the opening tie, Century Warriors started strongly with veteran players Santosh
Wakradkar and Anish Sontakke securing identical 2-1 wins
to take an early lead. However, Mumbai Mozartt bounced back through Shreya
Deshpande, who defeated Sampada Bhiwandkar 2-1 in the women’s singles to shift
momentum.

PBG Pune Jaguars came back strongly. In their first tie, Amol Sarode
set the tone with a commanding 3-0 win
over Ketan Palvankar in the veterans’ singles against Bayside
Spinners TTC. Despite resistance from Jash Modi, Senhora Dsouza
ensured control as the team secured a solid 15-12 victory.

Carrying
